Barre Babe Spotlight

1. How long have you been coming to Barre Body?

6 months! I started back on the first of March


2. What do you enjoy about the classes?


The challenge, the fun ladies and I love being around women who motivate you and Hannah definitely knows how to motivate you!


3. What changes have you noticed in your body since coming?


My balance and posture has improved dramatically and my body is toning in some wonderful ways.


4. What is your favourite section or move?


Abs Abs Abs - I love them (I secretly also love the ball wall challenge but don't tell anyone)


5. What part do you find most challenging?


Some of the hip and leg work at the barre is my most challenging due to my body.


6. What would you say to any one interested in coming along?


Do it! I have never regretted it. This class will target parts of your body and muscle groups you didn't even know existed.

Hannah is a wonderful teacher who makes you feel welcome, comfortable and like you can do anything!

I always leave feeling stretched, motivated and stronger.
