I love teaching my own unique combination of Dance /Barre/Pilates & Yoga.
Ab work based on the principles of Pilates. To protect the spine and work the inner core and obliques.
Using light weights, therabands and repetitve movements to isolate individual arm and back muscles.
Isolated barre moves. To lengthen, tone and sculpt the muscles. With cardio elements to burn fat.
The Barre element is the main focus of Bella Barre
To calm and centre, stretch and challenge. Used as a cool down the yoga element will leave you feeling at ease and stretched after all your hard work
