I love teaching my own unique combination of Dance /Barre/Pilates & Yoga.


I am truly passionate about offering a safe space for woman of all ages and fitness levels to come and have fun while honoring their bodies. 

The unique combination of dance/barre/pilates & yoga with short cardio bursts is safe and effective and respects the body while still deeply challenging it.

My classes aim to give you a sense of confidence and vitality as you notice the changes in your body and mindset.

Pilates/Abs

Ab work based on the principles of Pilates. To protect the spine and work the inner core and obliques.

Arms/Back

Using light weights, therabands and repetitve movements to isolate individual arm and back muscles.

Ballet/Barre

Isolated barre moves. To lengthen, tone and sculpt the muscles. With cardio elements to burn fat.

The Barre element is the main focus of Bella Barre 

Yoga

To calm and centre, stretch and challenge. Used as a cool down the yoga element will leave you feeling at ease and stretched after all your hard work
